Job summary

Brandt is seeking an AG Specialist to support customers across the Keith and Bordertown regions, focusing on John Deere Precision Ag technology. You will promote and sell precision solutions and guide customers in adopting connectivity and data-driven farming practices.

As a Precision Technology Specialist, you will train customers, deliver compelling demonstrations, and work with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into every conversation.

Qualifications

• Background in broadacre farming, cropping, agronomy, machinery, or agricultural technology.
• Proven success in sales with leadership ability.
• Experience building long-term customer relationships.
• Understanding of asset/inventory management, pricing, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of John Deere Precision Technology solutions to meet customer needs.
• Provide customer training and support on product setup and optimization.
• Lead product demonstrations and collaborate with Sales/Territory Managers.
• Own KPIs and grow the precision technology space in the territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the area of responsibility.
