Job summary

Brandt Tractor is seeking a Precision Technology Specialist to support customers in the Naracoorte region. The role focuses on promoting and selling John Deere precision technology, including guidance, automation and data-driven farming tools.

You will drive sales, train customers, and work with Sales and Territory Managers to embed technology into every customer conversation, while growing the footprint in the Precision space.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales and the ability to inspire others.
• Understanding of the agricultural industry is an advantage but not required.
• Track record of cultivating long-term, profitable customer relationships.
• Awareness of asset management, pricing, and budgeting.
• Growth mindset focused on increasing market share and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Promote John Deere and third-party Precision Technology solutions to meet customer needs.
• Customer Training & Support: Oversee product setup, optimization, and training to maximize value.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into conversations.
• Lead Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations as subject matter expert.
• Accountability: Own KPIs in the designated territory.
• Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary contact within the area of responsibility.
