Qualifications

• Proven sales success with ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Background in broadacre farming, cropping, agronomy, machinery or ag tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of John Deere and third-party Precision Technology solutions.
• Oversee product setup, training, and optimization to maximise customer value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into customer conversations.
• Lead compelling product demonstrations as subject matter expert.
• Own KPIs and manage your designated territory and customer contacts.
