Cleanaway is seeking a Territory Manager based in Adelaide to identify and create tailored waste solutions for hazardous and liquid waste operations. You will grow a profitable portfolio, establish new market opportunities and build a robust pipeline while ensuring strong contract maintenance.

You will develop relationships with customers, nurture prospects across Metro Adelaide and regional SA, manage the sales cycle, and report on financial and sales performance.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent B2B relationship skills with a proven track record building and retaining existing business.
• Experience and understanding of the Technical Waste Industry, Bulk Liquids or Transport & Logistics would be highly regarded.
• Commercial acumen with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Experienced with using CRM software and MS Office.
• Collaborative communication style with an outstanding new business/sales track record.
• Ability to work autonomously, be well organized, self-motivated, with outstanding presentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and nurture relationships with current and new prospective customers within Metro Adelaide and strategic regional locations in South Australia.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and major resigns being negotiated.
• Drive our sustainable approach to waste management in new areas to support growth initiatives.
• Proactively manage prospects and customer relationships through the sales cycle.
• Network between Cleanaway business units to ensure solutions are available to all large projects.
• Provide reporting on financial and sales performance.
