Job summary

Stryker in Adelaide is seeking a Territory Manager to lead Vocera software solutions across South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. The role focuses on promoting, selling and implementing tailored communications software in hospital environments.

Based in Adelaide, you will build relationships with hospital leaders, strategize territory plans, and work with customer success and technical teams to ensure successful deployments and ongoing satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Customer-centricity with ability to grow territory.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in SA/WA/NT hospitals and aged care.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive growth.
• Build and manage relationships with C-suite and clinical leaders to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with customer success and technical teams to ensure successful software deployments.
