Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience in Medical Devices or equivalent experience in a relevant healthcare role.
• Experience in Cardiology, Peripheral, Vascular, or Radiology highly desirable.
• Clinical exposure to the Cath Lab is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth of the product range and increase market share within Sydney.
• Support cases and spend time within the Cath Lab environment.
• Educate customers on the product portfolio and build strong relations.
• Partner with the National Sales colleagues.
• Interpret sales and marketing data and determine effective sales strategies.
• Build quality and value-add relations with surgeons and hospital staff.

The Company

Our client is a market leading global Medical Device organisation who manufacture and distribute a large range of products into different therapy areas including: Cardiology, Vascular, Interventional Radiology, General Surgery, Operating Theatre. They are an extremely niche and specialised business who are currently going through a very strong period of growth internationally and within the ANZ market.

The Role

• Drive business growth of the product range and increase market share within Sydney
• Support cases and spend time within the Cath Lab environment
• Educate customers on the product portfolio and build strong relations
• Partner with the National Sales colleagues
• Interpret sales and marketing data and determine effective sales strategies
• Build quality and value-add relations with surgeons and hospital staff

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Sales experience in Medical Devices (minimum 2 years) OR a Cath Lab Nurse or Radiographer looking to transition
• Cardiology/ Peripheral/ Vascular/ Radiology/ Cardiac/ Structural Heart Neurovascular sales experience highly desirable. Also open to Orthopaedics/ Trauma/ Spine
• Clinical exposure to the Cath Lab highly advantageous (not essential)
• Strong organisation, time management and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and with a niche customer group
