As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Manager to join their dynamic team in Melbourne.

The Role

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer support to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with market-leading surgical products in a competitive and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams.
• Provide product education, training, and in-theatre support to healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, clinical support, and customer service.

• Strong sales experience in a health-related industry such as pharmaceuticals, with and interest in getting into medical devices
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and operating theatre environments is advantageous.
