ACES, a leading dealer of German and Italian construction machinery, is seeking a Sales Representative for their new Tullamarine dealership. We're ACES, a leading national dealer of quality German and Italian compact construction machinery. Due to growth in the Melbourne market, we have an opening for an office based Sales Representative at our new Tullamarine dealership!

What You'll Do:

• Become an expert in our wide range of Wacker Neuson & Multione machinery including excavators, mini loaders, compaction and concreting equipment.
• Build relationships with customers, handle inbound sales inquiries, and manage existing accounts.
• Gain hands-on experience throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final sale, including liaising with our workshop, suppliers, logistics and finance teams.
• Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and creatively driving sales performance.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and field days to network and expand your knowledge.

What You'll Bring:

• A proven track record as a sales representative preferably in machinery or industrial background.
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to take initiative.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM software.
• A willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
• Industry experience a bonus but not a requirement.
