Roll'd Hospitality Group in New South Wales is seeking a Territory Manager to lead 6+ stores (corporate and franchise) across the state. You will recruit, train and retain high performing teams, and cultivate an exceptional workplace culture that drives sales and KPI results.

The role reports to the NSW State Manager, and you will tightly control operating expenses to hit profit targets. The position offers a Monday–Friday roster with no late nights and a base salary from $100k plus super, plus

• MUST have QSR exposure - either as a multi-site/area manager
• Experience opening stores & improving underperforming
• High levels of organisation with solid understanding of P&L
• The ability to improve underperforming restaurants & lead high performing teams
