Roll'd Vietnamese is hiring a Store Manager on the Gold Coast to lead a busy flagship team of 20+, drive sales, service and stock control, and partner with marketing for community engagement and catering.

You will bring proven restaurant management experience in fast food, strong leadership, budgeting know-how and food safety compliance, with weekly pay and performance bonuses; no overnights and flexible rostering.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager in the fast food industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in your teams.
• The ability to manage budgets and understand how to impact sales.
• Food safety and compliance knowledge.
• Experience in a fast-paced flagship store is an advantage.
