Hospoworld Resourcing is assisting a fast-growing Australian restaurant group in Brisbane to hire an Assistant Manager. You’ll lead a 40+ strong team and help drive daily operations at a high-volume venue, with a clear path toward Restaurant General Manager as the brand expands across Australia.

The role emphasizes growing teams, building business momentum, and preparing for key leadership opportunities during an exciting growth phase.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager in a busy casual dining or QSR environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to build high-performing teams.
• Experience handling P&L and budgets and day-to-day restaurant challenges.
