Roll'd Vietnamese is hiring a Store Assistant Manager for a fast-paced flagship in Doncaster, VIC. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team of up to 15, and drive profitability through superb customer service, stock control, and compliant operations.

You will mentor a high-energy team, work with marketing on community engagement, and contribute to the success of a popular Vietnamese dining concept.
