Roll'd is seeking a Store Manager on the Gold Coast to lead a 20+ strong team in a fast-paced flagship. Drive profitability through customer service, sales and waste control while maintaining high food safety standards.

You will recruit, train and mentor staff, oversee daily operations, and work with marketing to grow community engagement and B2B catering opportunities. The role offers competitive weekly pay and bonuses, with flexible rostering and no overnights.
