Job summary

Stryker Group in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Territory Manager for the Neurosurgical division to own and grow the portfolio across North Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle. You will work with surgeons, theatre staff and hospital stakeholders to deliver clinical and commercial value and build trusted relationships, enabling adoption of innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales with a record of meeting targets.

Join our team as a Territory Manager within our Neurosurgical division in Sydney, New South Wales.

The Role

As a Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of your territory, managing and growing our Neurosurgical portfolio across North Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle. This is a highly specialised portfolio that supports neurosurgeons and healthcare professionals with innovative technologies and solutions designed to improve patient outcomes in complex Neurosurgical procedures.

You’ll work closely with surgeons, theatre staff, nurses and hospital stakeholders to deliver clinical and commercial value across your territory. Success in this role requires a combination of strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for supporting patient care.

What we’re looking for

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a consistent track record of achieving targets.
• Customer-centricity and the commercial acumen to strategically grow your territory.
• Skilled in analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting and identifying sales opportunities.
• Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital.
• Experience with building and/or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.

Preferred

• Sales experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Scientific or other related health industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of both the public and private hospital sectors.
• Experience working within the operating theatre environment or supporting procedural-based specialties is advantageous.
