Job summary

Applied Medical invites a driven Territory Manager to join our Victoria East sales team. You will provide and support minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals, growing the full breadth of our portfolio across multiple specialties in public and private theatres.

With industry-leading onboarding and a focus on clinical outcomes, you will build rapport with surgeons and hospital stakeholders, develop strategic plans, and deliver educational programs while exceeding customer expectations

Qualifications

• Proven success in medical related field or healthcare sales.
• Ability to deliver clinical solutions in operating theatres.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Current driver's licence; travel within territory.
• Willingness to travel to Australia and Korea for training.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the full breadth of the Applied Medical portfolio of clinical solutions across a range of surgical specialties.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships in assigned hospitals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholder.

About this role:

As a Territory Manager you are responsible for providing and supporting minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals. If successful, the Regional Sales Manager for theVIC East/TASregion will invite you to join a team of inspiring and collaborative individuals. Following our industry leading onboarding program, you will support and grow the full breadth of Applied Medical’s diverse product portfolio to provide clinical solutions for a variety of surgical specialities in both public and private operating theatres.

You will apply strategic selling skills and clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting. You will quicklyestablish rapport, credibility andlong-term professional relationships thatbenefit our customers, and alignwith Applied Medical’s company values and mission.

About you:

Currently working in a medical related field or healthcare sales.Able to provide clinical solutions and value outcomes for all stakeholders. Working within the healthcare setting, you will aim to deliver solutions thatbenefit our customers and alignwith the Applied Medical values.

• Proven success in medical related field or other sales experience
• Preferred previous experience providing clinical support in an operating theatre setting
• Curiosity and a passion for learning
• Ability to retain and articulate complex clinical information
• High level of interpersonal skillswith thedemonstrated ability to successfully engage withall stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of the healthcarespace
• Strong business acumen, analyticaland organisational skills
• Current Drivers Licence
• If successful, a current passport, and visa, where required, is needed for training to Australia or South Korea
