Job summary

Applied Medical is seeking a Territory Manager for the Victoria West region to provide and support minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals. You will join a collaborative team and follow an onboarding program to support the full portfolio in both public and private operating theatres.

You will apply strategic selling and clinical knowledge to engage with hospital stakeholders, establish rapport, and build long-term relationships aligned with Applied Medical’s mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical field or healthcare sales.
• Experience providing clinical solutions in operating theatres preferred.
• Current Drivers Licence required; visa may be needed for training in Australia/South Korea.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Applied Medical portfolio across surgical specialties in VIC West.
• Establish and maintain relationships with hospitals and key stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

About this role:

As a Territory Manager you are responsible for providing and supporting minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals. If successful, the Regional Sales Manager for the VIC West region will invite you to join a team of inspiring and collaborative individuals. Following our industry leading onboarding program, you will support and grow the full breadth of Applied Medical’s diverse product portfolio to provide clinical solutions for a variety of surgical specialities in both public and private operating theatres.

You will apply strategic selling skills and clinical knowledge when engaging with specialists and other key stakeholders within the hospital setting. You will quicklyestablish rapport, credibility andlong-term professional relationships thatbenefit our customers, and alignwith Applied Medical’s company values and mission.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the full breadth of the Applied Medical portfolio of clinical solutions across a range of surgical specialities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships in assigned hospitals
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholder
• Create effective business plans and strategic selling strategies
• Implement and support educational programs

About you:

Currently working in a medical related field or healthcare sales.Able to provide clinical solutions and value outcomes for all stakeholders. Working within the healthcare setting, you will aim to deliver solutions thatbenefit our customers and alignwith the Applied Medical values.

• Proven success in medical related field or other sales experience
• Preferred previous experience providing clinical support in an operating theatre setting
• Curiosity and a passion for learning
• Ability to retain and articulate complex clinical information
• High level of interpersonal skillswith thedemonstrated ability to successfully engage withall stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of the healthcarespace
• Strong business acumen, analyticaland organisational skills
• Current Drivers Licence
• If successful, a current passport, and visa, where required, is needed for training to Australia or South Korea
