Job summary

PepsiCo Australia seeks a Territory Manager to drive category growth across major supermarkets and independent stores. You will sell against customer plans to secure ranging, displays and promotional support, and provide insights to influence sales drivers.

You will build store-level relationships, analyse sales data for growth opportunities, and lead launches while ensuring planogram compliance and effective in-store execution.

Qualifications

• Understand all elements of the customer supply chain to influence On Shelf Availability.
• Identify in-store growth opportunities against Blueprint objectives and plan to improve in-store execution.
• Understand, interpret and use category data in customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of retail customers across major supermarkets and independent stores with strong execution of sales plans and promotions.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers to maximise product availability, in-store visibility and displays.
• Drive execution of new product launches, promotions and planogram compliance with informed store teams.
