Job summary

Stanton and Treby Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to promote and sell health and beauty brands to pharmacy customers in Melbourne and surrounding areas. You will drive sales growth, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and work towards ambitious targets across Melbourne South & Mornington Peninsula, Melbourne East, and Tasmania.

The role involves quarterly country trips and up to several nights away from home.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Territory Manager in pharma.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Full driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise growth.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals and customers.
• Deliver face-to-face product presentations and educate customers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territory.
• Attend industry conferences and network with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and territory performance.
