Job summary

Peters Ice Cream is seeking a sales professional to join the Impulse/Out of Home team, covering western Brisbane and Darling Downs. You will manage a diverse Out of Home customer base including cafes and retailers.

Based around Brisbane, the territory extends to Western Brisbane, Roma and St George. The role involves travel, relationship-building, negotiation with key decision makers, and working with distributors to optimise field execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within consumer goods or food & beverage preferred.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and grow existing accounts in the region.
• Manage key accounts across western Brisbane to Roma and St George.
• Negotiate with decision-makers and influence purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with distributors to optimise deliveries and field execution.

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our Impulse/Out of Home sales team representing Peters Ice Cream across western Brisbane and Darling downs region.

Based around the Brisbane region, you will be responsible for a sales territory that spans from Western Brisbane to Roma and St George in the West.

The Out of Home channel is comprised of a fun and diverse group of customers – cafes, retailers, entertainment venues, aquatic centres, sporting grounds and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business and developing existing business
• Managing our unique mix of key accounts in the region
• Negotiating directly with key decision makers
• Working collaboratively with 3rd party distributors to optimise deliveries and field execution
• Overnight travel to regional areas

• We offer a competitive salary package, including base salary, superannuation and a fully maintained new RAV4 totalling up to the value of $100,000.
