Job summary

Harbour Dental Lab in Sydney, NSW is seeking an ambitious Field Sales Representative to develop relationships with dental practices and grow Harbour's laboratory footprint across NSW and beyond. You will spend time in the field meeting dentists, practice managers and staff, understand needs, identify opportunities and build long-term partnerships with a focus on outstanding customer service.

The role offers a base salary of AUD 95,000–115,000 plus superannuation, a commission/OTE, comprehensive

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with dental practices.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dentists, practice owners and teams.
• Visit dental practices regularly and represent Harbour Dental Lab professionally in the field.
• Introduce prospective customers to our laboratory, products, services and capabilities.
• Understand each practice's needs and identify opportunities to add value.
• Follow up with prospective customers and manage the sales process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Grow revenue and customer numbers within your territory.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers and strengthen those relationships.
• Collaborate with Customer Care and Production to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in the CRM.
