Harbour Dental Lab in Sydney's NSW region is seeking a driven Telesales Representative to grow our national dental client base. Based at our Sydney laboratory, you will make outbound calls to dental practices across Australia, nurture relationships and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telesales, outbound sales, account management, dental sales or the dental industry is highly regarded.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to dental practices across Australia to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build rapport and establish relationships with dentists, practice managers and clinic support teams.
• Introduce prospective customers to Harbour Dental Lab, our products, services and capabilities.
• Understand each practice's current laboratory arrangements, needs and challenges.
• Identify opportunities where Harbour Dental Lab can provide greater value, service and support.
• Follow up with prospective customers consistently and professionally throughout the sales process.
• Convert new opportunities into long-term customer relationships.
• Nurture and develop existing interstate customer accounts.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and identify opportunities to increase engagement and account value.
• Reactivate dormant or inactive accounts.
• Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurately record customer interactions, opportunities and follow-ups in our CRM.
• Work closely with our Customer Care and Production teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience.
• Follow up on enquiries and opportunities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Provide feedback from customers and the market to help us continually improve our products and services.
• Achieve agreed sales, activity and customer-growth targets.
• Represent Harbour Dental Lab professionally and consistently across every customer interaction.
