Job summary

SHINING 3D Latam seeks a results-driven Sales Lead to grow our dental digital products across Australia, with Sydney as base and remote flexibility. You will expand the distribution network, manage key distributors, and drive targets while maintaining strong relationships and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include market intelligence, strategy planning, and coordinating regional events such as roadshows and demos, plus building KOLs/KOCs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proactive, self-driven, and action-oriented with strong market development, customer acquisition, and account management skills.
• Goal-focused with a high achievement orientation; strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently as required.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in the dental or medical device industry strongly preferred.
