Job summary

Norco AgriSolutions is seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our Wauchope team. You will be the local face, building strong farming relationships and providing tailored product solutions across seeds, crop protection, animal health and irrigation.

You will visit farms, demonstrate products, identify growth opportunities and negotiate pricing while maintaining high customer service standards. A current driver’s licence and knowledge of NSW agriculture are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural sales, rural merchandise, animal health, stockfeed, agribusiness or related field.
• Passion for building strong customer relationships and supporting farming enterprises.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of local agricultural industries and farming practices is valued.
• A current and unrestricted driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
• Deliver sales growth while maintaining profit margins and service standards.
• Promote and sell Norco AgriSolutions' products and services.
• Conduct regular on-farm visits to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations and sessions for customers.
• Negotiate pricing and service arrangements to secure opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and activity records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with store and operations teams to ensure customer success.
