Norco Co-Operative Limited is seeking a Field Sales Representative for rural products in Wauchope, NSW. You will build strong relationships with local farming communities and provide tailored product solutions from seed to irrigation systems.

You will travel within your territory, deliver product demonstrations, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with stores and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural sales or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Valid driver's licence is required.
• Experience with CRM and MS Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective farming customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the territory.
• Deliver sales growth while maintaining profit margins and service standards.
• Promote Norco AgriSolutions' range of products and services.
• Conduct on-farm visits to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare product demonstrations and customer information sessions.
• Negotiate pricing and service arrangements to secure opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the region.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and activity records using CRM.
• Collaborate with store and operations teams to ensure excellent outcomes.
