Job summary

Norco AgriSolutions is seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our Wauchope team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with local farmers and producers, helping them find practical solutions that support productivity and profitability.

You will travel across NSW, building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored product solutions across seeds, crop protection, animal health, stockfeed, irrigation systems and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural sales or rural merchandise.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Current unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory.
• Deliver sales growth while maintaining strong profit margins and customer service standards.
• Promote and sell Norco AgriSolutions' range of products and services.
• Conduct regular on-farm visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations and customer information sessions.
• Negotiate pricing and service arrangements to secure business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales and activity records using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with store and operational teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

About The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the face of Norco AgriSolutions within your territory, building strong customer relationships and providing tailored product solutions to meet the needs of local farming enterprises.

You will work across our extensive range of agricultural products and services, including:

• Seed, fertiliser and crop protection products
• Animal health and nutrition solutions
• Livestock nutritional products
• Irrigation systems and farm merchandise
• Livestock handling equipment

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in agricultural sales, rural merchandise, animal health, stockfeed, agribusiness or a related field.
• A passion for building strong customer relationships and supporting farming enterprises.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of local agricultural industries and farming practices will be highly regarded.
• A current and unrestricted driver's licence.
