Norco AgriSolutions in Wauchope, NSW, is seeking a Field Sales Representative to connect with local farming communities and provide tailored product solutions across seeds, fertilisers, crop protection, animal health and irrigation products.

You will build lasting customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and work with store and operations teams to deliver exceptional outcomes while using CRM systems to track sales activity.

Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural sales or rural merchandise.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities within territory and deliver sales growth.
• Promote and sell Norco AgriSolutions products and services.
• Conduct on-farm visits and present product demonstrations.
