Job summary

Higgins Coatings is seeking a Business Development Manager to own a defined North Brisbane territory, including Redcliffe, Caboolture, Morayfield and North Lakes. You will identify targets, open doors and convert opportunities into profitable projects, while autonomously planning your territory and pursuing the right opportunities.

Success comes from building relationships, pricing opportunities and tenders, with a focus on long-term pipeline and achieving uncapped earning potential through

For more than 75 years, family-owned Higgins Coatings has built its reputation as a national leader in commercial painting and maintenance. We are searching for a Business Development Manager who thrives on the chase, confidently starts conversations from scratch and turns new relationships into profitable work.

You will own a defined North Brisbane territory including Redcliffe, Caboolture, Morayfield and North Lakes. Your market includes schools, high-rise apartments, hospitals, retirement villages and shopping centres—giving you multiple sectors to target and a broad base from which to build new business.

This is a genuine end-to-end new-business role. You will identify targets, open doors, build relationships, scope and price opportunities & tenders and convert your pipeline into profitable projects.

You will have the autonomy to plan your territory, pursue the right opportunities and be recognised for the profitable new business you bring in.

• Nice to have - experience in commercial painting, facilities maintenance, construction, building, or similar industries.
