Kennards Hire is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to cover Brisbane South, Logan and Toowoomba. This role blends new business development with growing existing relationships, focusing on Tier 1 and major customers across building, construction and infrastructure sectors.

You’ll report to the State Sales Manager and own the territory, crafting account plans and driving sustainable revenue growth across the region. Travel across the territory is expected.

Formación

• Proven success in business development and consultative selling in construction or equipment hire.
• Experience building relationships with Tier 1 and major commercial customers.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to articulate value.
• Willingness to travel across the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow relationships with Tier 1, major and emerging customers across Brisbane South, Logan and Toowoomba.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while increasing wallet share across existing accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including on-site teams, project managers, procurement leaders and executives.
• Deliver compelling customer presentations demonstrating Kennards Hire’s capabilities and tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute territory and key account plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
