• Support tender activity from initial enquiry through to project handover.
• Keep track of tender opportunities, submission dates and outstanding actions.
• Organise project files, drawings, specifications and document updates.
• Request supplier and subcontractor quotes and follow up responses.
• Prepare documentation for handover when projects are awarded.
