Job summary

Brisbane Building Services is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Coordinator to develop accurate cost estimates, prepare take-offs and tender submissions, and manage project budgets from tender to delivery. You will review plans and specifications and coordinate across stakeholders to maintain timelines and budgets.

Ideally you bring at least 2 years in estimating or project coordination within commercial construction, with strong communication and organisational skills to manage

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in estimating, project coordination, or similar construction role.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, take-offs, tender submissions and project budgets.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes of work and subcontractor/supplier quotations.
• Coordinate projects from tender through to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are maintained.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
