Pure Source Recruitment is seeking a people-focused coordinator in Brisbane to support the Estimating team and manage subcontractor relationships through tender invitations and pricing follow-up. You will coordinate communications, keep stakeholders informed, and handle front-of-house duties while helping the team meet tight deadlines.

A background in recruitment, resourcing, property management, or coordination is valued for this role.

• Experience in a relationship-focused coordination, administration or support role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the confidence to follow up and keep people informed.
• Proactive approach to work with initiative to take ownership and see tasks through to completion.
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to pitch in to support the wider team.
• Friendly and professional manner with the confidence to manage front-of-house responsibilities when required.
• Team-focused approach with openness, honesty and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key point of contact between the Estimating team and subcontractors, building strong, productive working relationships
• Coordinate invitations to price upcoming projects, identifying and contacting relevant subcontractors and issuing the necessary documentation
• Follow up on pricing requests, monitor responses and help keep the estimating process on track against tight tender deadlines
• Communicate with subcontractors throughout the process, providing updates and letting them know when they have or haven’t been successful in securing work
• Maintain accurate records of invitations, quotes, subcontractor details and follow up activities
• Work closely with the Estimating team to understand project requirements, anticipate needs and provide proactive support
• Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls and responding to general enquires
• Coordinate meeting rooms, deliveries, couriers, office supplies and other facilities
• Provide general administrative support across the business, taking a practical, hands on approach and pitching in whenever needed
