Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator / Estimating professional for a 4–6 week temporary assignment in North Sydney. You will be hands-on, supporting the estimating team with tender preparation, pricing and bid submissions during a busy period.

The role focuses on preparing tenders, collating subcontractor quotes, and coordinating information across estimating and project teams to meet deadlines. Immediate start with a competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience across estimating, tenders or bid coordination.
• Commercial construction or fit-out exposure advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of tender submissions.
• Assist with estimating and pricing activities.
• Collate and coordinate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Prepare and organise tender documentation.
• Assist with BOQs, scopes, schedules and pricing information.
• Coordinate information across estimating and project teams.
• Track tender deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
• Review tender documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide general estimating and bid administration support as required.
