Job summary

Enertia Talent is seeking a diligent Tender Coordinator to join a leading energy infrastructure organisation delivering HV and renewable projects across Australia. You will provide hands-on administrative and coordination support to the bid and estimating function, collaborating with Sales, Estimating and Engineering teams to streamline bid preparation and delivery.

The role is initially offered as a 6-month contract with strong consideration for extension or permanent transition based on

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or similar, or relevant project/bid administration experience.
• Experience in bid coordination, project administration, site administration, estimating or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, report writing and copy editing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the bid and estimating team
• Support the development and implementation of bid governance, processes, templates and systems
• Bring together technical, commercial and qualitative inputs from Sales, Estimating and Engineering/Construction teams
• Prepare and coordinate tender documents, presentations, capability statements, case studies and returnable schedules
