Job summary

West Recruitment is partnering with a leading energy infrastructure organisation to recruit a Bid Coordinator in Sydney. The role provides hands-on administrative support across the bid and estimating function, liaising with Sales, Estimating and Engineering teams to coordinate opportunities and improve bid delivery.

Initially offered as a 6 month contract with strong consideration for extension or permanency based on business needs and performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Communications or similar.
• Experience in bid coordination, project administration or similar roles.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; technical writing and editing abilities a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the bid and estimating team.
• Support the development and implementation of bid governance, processes, templates and systems.
• Bring together technical, commercial and qualitative inputs from Sales, Estimating and Engineering/Construction teams.
• Prepare and coordinate tender documents, presentations, capability statements, case studies and returnable schedules.
