Job summary

EPEC Group, a national high-voltage engineering and EPC partner, is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the development and execution of compliant, high-quality proposal submissions from our South Brisbane office.

You will work with subject matter experts and business development teams to deliver tailored bids aligned with strategy, timelines and client expectations in a fast-growing renewables and infrastructure business.

Qualifications

• Experience in bids/proposals, administration, business development or a similar role.
• Experience developing and coordinating high-quality proposals and tender submissions.
• Proven experience using systems and Microsoft Office to enhance workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end proposal development, including planning, writing, formatting, reviews and submission.
• Collaborate with technical, commercial and leadership teams to gather content and ensure responses align with client needs.
• Ensure proposals meet compliance, branding and submission requirements.
• Schedule review meetings and support post-submission clarifications and documentation.
• Maintain a centralised template and case study library; keep content current.
