Job summary

Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to provide commercial leadership across major energy projects. You will be embedded within project delivery teams, owning commercial and contractual management from mobilisation through to completion, while guiding Contract Administrators and coordinating with clients and subcontractors to maximise project performance.

You will collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage risk, cost exposure and scope changes,

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, commercial management or a related role within infrastructure, construction, energy or utilities.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, variations, claims and contractual obligations.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and contractual obligations of major projects from award through to final account.
• Translate obligations, risks and timeframes into project controls and dispute avoidance strategies.
• Manage notices, variations, compensation events and change mechanisms.
