Job summary

Genus, a leading Australian infrastructure company, is seeking a Tender Administrator in Perth to support our Bid and Pre Contracts team. You will coordinate tender submissions, manage documentation, schedules and portals, and ensure deadlines are met.

You will work with multiple stakeholders, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a busy, detail‑driven environment across energy, resources and infrastructure projects. Experience in construction or electrical infrastructure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tender administration or bid coordination.
• Strong document management and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and coordination across multiple tenders.
• Set up tender registers, trackers and submission schedules.
• Coordinate tender documentation from internal teams.
• Manage document control and versioning.
• Support with tender clarifications and post-submission tasks.
• Maintain accessible records and support wider Bid team.
