Job summary

Genus Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our site-based team on a 5:2 DIDO roster from Perth, WA. You will provide high-level administrative and project support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and smooth project delivery.

Reporting to the Site Management team, you will manage documentation, meetings, onboarding, procurement, cost tracking and liaise with internal teams, subcontractors and clients to drive successful delivery on a major infrastructure

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Administrator within construction, mining, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of project administration processes and systems.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project administration support to the project team.
• Manage project documentation, correspondence, and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions.
• Assist with onboarding of personnel, including mobilisation and compliance.
• Support procurement processes including raising purchase orders and tracking invoices.
• Maintain project registers, cost tracking, and data entry.
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist with reporting requirements and project deliverables.
