Job summary

Control Insurance Solutions is seeking a Temporary Accommodation Consultant on the Sunshine Coast (Kawana, QLD). The role focuses on supporting Auto & General customers after home claims, coordinating temporary accommodation with care and efficiency, and acting as a reassuring voice and logistical guide for clients in challenging times.

You will be a customer champion, master negotiator, detail dynamo, and process creator, working in an in-office role from Kawana, with a modern lakeside office

Qualifications

• Drives high levels of empathy and customer service for Auto & General customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail in managing complex bookings and schedules.
• Natural empathy and commitment to outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of empathy and exceptional customer service to A&G customers and liaise with internal teams, property managers, and hosts.
• Use negotiation skills to meet customer needs within budgeted allowances.
• Ensure seamless bookings, manage critical dates, and handle invoices and refunds.
• Shape and refine processes for the new CIS service offering, stay flexible and thrive in a changing environment.
