Job summary

Control Insurance Solutions on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Temporary Accommodation Consultant to support Auto & General customers after a home claim. You'll manage accommodation needs, coordinate bookings, dates, invoices and refunds with care and efficiency, working from our Kawana office in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

You’ll need high empathy, outstanding written and verbal communication, superb attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to shaping new processes as this

As a Temporary Accommodation Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Auto & General customers following a home claim, managing their temporary accommodation needs with care and efficiency. This is more than just a customer service role; it's a chance to be the reassuring voice and the logistical wizard for customers experiencing a challenging time. Your days will be varied and impactful.

You'll be:

• A Customer Champion: Providing high levels of empathy and exceptional customer service to our A&G customers, as well as liaising with internal teams, property managers, and hosts.
• A Master Negotiator: Utilising your strong negotiation skills to meet customer needs within budgeted allowances.
• A Detail Dynamo: Ensuring seamless bookings, managing critical dates, and proactively handling invoices and refunds.
• A Process Creator: As this is a brand-new service offering for CIS, you'll have the exciting chance to shape and perfect processes, contributing directly to the evolution of the role. You’ll need to be flexible, think on your feet, and thrive in a changing environment!
