Job summary

Control Insurance Solutions on the Sunshine Coast Kawana is seeking a customer-focused support specialist for an in-office role. You will handle inbound roadside and towing requests, manage cases end-to-end and deliver high-quality experiences for our customers and partners.

• Takes ownership of roadside & towing queries and completes them, aiming for first-call resolution
• Uses provided technology to administer customer cases efficiently
• Adheres to rosters and schedules
• Continually learns by self-analysis against KPIs and closes gaps
• Complies with industry Acts, Codes, Regulations and company policies
• Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and collaborates with others
