Job summary

Control Insurance Solutions is seeking a Temporary Accommodation Consultant to support Auto & General customers after home claims. You will manage accommodation needs with care, coordinating bookings, dates, invoices, and refunds in a brand-new service offering.

You’ll bring empathy, strong communication, and attention to detail while collaborating with hosts, property managers, and internal teams. This in-office role on the Sunshine Coast offers a dynamic startup environment and opportunities

Qualifications

Demonstrates high-level empathy and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail with complex bookings and schedules.
Able to adapt in a changing startup environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high levels of empathy and exceptional customer service to A&G customers, liaising with internal teams, property managers, and hosts.
Coordinate bookings, critical dates, invoices, and refunds to ensure smooth service delivery.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to meet customer needs within budgets.
Shape and refine processes for this brand-new service offering, contributing to the evolution of the role.
