The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following key standards:

• Answer incoming telephone calls
• Order entry and processing
• Use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Product support and enquiries
• Outward bound product promotion calls
• Customer support and issue resolution
• Coordinating and booking outward bound deliveries
• Professionally representing the business, being "face of the business"
• Provide assistance and support to Sales, Warehouse and Shipping teams
• Process Credit Card paymentsProcess Credit Applications, maintain Customer Master Files
• Load and maintain Special Pricing Forms
• Open and backorder maintenance

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years Sales Administrator experience
