Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative in Sydney CBD for an immediate start. You will manage customer orders in SAP, coordinate with warehouses and transport providers, and deliver timely written updates to customers.

This 3-month onsite assignment requires a proactive service professional with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and order processing.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Strong written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders accurately.
• Proactive and comfortable asking questions when needed.
• FMCG experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders accurately within SAP.
• Managing the full order lifecycle from entry through to fulfilment.
• Responding to customer enquiries via email.
• Providing order updates including stock availability and shipment status.
• Liaising with internal teams, warehouses and transport providers.
• Monitoring outstanding orders and proactively following up.
• Maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
