Job summary

Miller Leith in Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Administrator for an ongoing temporary role. Immediate start, 5 days per week onsite, 8:30am–5pm, with flexible start/finish times. Pay rate is $32/hour + Super, in a global FMCG environment.

The role combines order processing, sales admin, and invoicing support, with SAP experience essential and strong Excel skills required. Coles/Woolworths portals experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• SAP experience — essential.
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with invoicing and basic Accounts Receivable processes.
• Excellent phone manner and customer service.
• Ability to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, email, and customer portals.
• Make outbound calls to customers regarding orders and account queries.
• Manage invoicing and support Accounts Receivable functions.
• Perform invoice reconciliation.
• Data entry and maintenance of accurate customer/order records.
• Generate basic reports as required.
• Use Excel (including VLOOKUPs) for data management and reporting.
