Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a one-month on-site contract at a Brisbane plant. You will own end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles, working with labour hire providers to ensure site readiness and timely onboarding.

You will manage trackers, report on vacancies and coordinate with supervisors, ensuring accurate data and clear communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in recruitment coordination or agency recruitment.
• Experience with high-volume manufacturing, warehousing or blue-collar recruitment.
• Confident with an applicant tracking system, MS Office and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles, including postings, screening, interviews and onboarding handover.
• Coordinate with labour hire providers for site access, inductions and medicals.
• Maintain accurate trackers and report on vacancies, time-to-fill and commencements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for supervisors and candidates on progress.
