Job summary

Sharp and Carter is assisting a large national manufacturer in Brisbane’s south-west to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for on-site, permanent employment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for plant roles, collaborate with People Business Partners and site leaders, and support workforce reporting.

You will gain hands-on experience with waged recruitment, labour hire, and campaigns within a large organisation, with opportunities for long-term career growth in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating recruitment processes end-to-end.
• Exposure to high-volume, blue-collar or manufacturing recruitment is a plus.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.
• HR administration duties and processes familiarity preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment for plant roles from posting to onboarding.
• Work with labour hire providers for onboarding, inductions and site access.
• Identify casual workers with potential to convert to permanent roles.
• Support local recruitment campaigns and community engagement at the plant.
• Maintain accurate trackers and recruitment metrics.
