Job summary

The Shift People are seeking an experienced Project Support Officer on a temporary contract in Robina, Gold Coast. Immediate start, contract through 18 December, Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day.

You will provide high-level administrative and project support to keep projects organized, on track and moving forward, coordinating activities, maintaining records, and assisting with reports and documentation.

• Strong administration and project coordination experience.
• Excellent organisational skills to prioritise deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and meetings.
• Maintain project records and registers.
• Prepare agendas and document actions.
