Talent Web Property in Sydney, NSW, is seeking an experienced HR Admin for a full-time temporary assignment supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment coordination, onboarding and general office management.

You will work relatively independently within an established HR function, handling employee queries, preparing contracts and documentation, and assisting with leave, performance and relations matters as interviews occur.

• Generalist HR experience required.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee matters.
• Coordinate recruitment and liaise with recruitment agencies.
• Prepare employment contracts, variations and HR documentation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer probation reviews and related documentation.
• Oversee leave and attendance management.
• Support managers with performance and employee relations matters.
• Maintain employee records, HR trackers and personnel files.
• Prepare HR correspondence and file notes.
• Coordinate training and compliance requirements.
