Just Careers Training Pty Ltd, a leading national RTO with nine sites, seeks a Human Resource Generalist to join the Bankstown head office. You will manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment across branches and oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

You will partner with managers on workforce planning, develop role descriptions, coordinate interviews, manage contracts and variations, payroll and HRIS data, and drive compliance with WHS and IR requirements to support

Qualifications

  • A degree in HR or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple branches.
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.

Responsabilités

  • Manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment across 9 national branches, supporting the recruitment needs of 100+ employees.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from workforce planning, recruitment and selection through to onboarding, development, performance management and offboarding.
  • Partner with managers to identify workforce requirements, develop position descriptions, advertise vacancies, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offers and contracts.
  • Coordinate and lead new employee inductions and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate-to-employee experience.
  • Manage employment contracts, variations, probation reviews, compliance checks and employee documentation.
  • Manage recruitment for permanent, casual and contractor positions, ensuring appropriate screening, reference checks and pre-employment requirements are completed.
  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all pre-employment, qualification, licence and regulatory checks are completed and maintained.
  • Process payroll and support the administration of bonuses, incentives and employee remuneration.
  • Utilise and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate employee records, recruitment data and reporting.
  • Develop and implement role-specific development and training plans to support employee capability, performance and career progression.
  • Support managers with day-to-day employee relations, performance management and continuous improvement matters.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment, WHS and industrial relations legislation, company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop HR strategies and initiatives to support organisational growth, workforce planning and business change.
  • Manage internal HR communications and consultation processes across the organisation.

Due to rapid growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a full time Human Resource Generalist to join our forward thinking, innovating and vibrant team working at our Head Officein Bankstown.

Position Description

Manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment across 9 national branches, supporting the recruitment needs of 100+ employees.
